A: Use Roots synthetic oil of the proper viscosity for the ambient temperature where the blower and motor are located.
Q: What viscosity lubrication do I use?
A: The only determining factor when selecting viscosity of the lubrication is the ambient temperature of the space the blower and driver are located in. No other factors should be used to determine the viscosity of the lubrication. See the chart below to be used to determine lubrication viscosity.
